Dear Valued Customers,

Tasty has put in a number of measures within the business to ensure the safety of all our Employees and Customers. This plan will be regularly reviewed and updated where required.
A thorough risk assessment has been carried out within Tasty by dedicated Covid Response team representatives in each department of the business nationally.
Below are a set of actions that the business has introduced to prevent the introduction of Coronavirus, but also actions that employees need to adhere to.

Within our Facilities.

  • Social distance markers have been placed in all high traffic areas to ensure employees are abiding to 1.5m social distancing.
  • Person Room limit signage posted across facilities. Current limits are 1 person per 2 Square metres.
  • Sanitising in all high contact areas twice per day.
  • High level PPE supplied and used by all Production staff including,
    – Disposable Gloves
    – Production ‘Whites’ (Pants/Shirt)
    – Disposable aprons
    – Disposable Sleeve Protectors
    – Disposable hair nets
  • Tasty have prepared detailed instructions to managers in the event of a confirmed case. These measures include, but not limited to.
    – Detailed communication to all staff.
    – Details on how to quickly get in touch with the relevant authorities.
    – Close contact tracing.
    – Facility Deep Clean/Sanitisation.
  • Daily Temperature checking of Production staff carried out and documented.
  • Temperature checking and visitor register for all visitors/contractors to complete if on site for more than 15 minutes.
  • Hand Sanitiser readily available in all areas of the business.

On our Vans

  • Sanitising of bench tops, common areas, serving areas and doors with Surface Sanitiser between each stop.
  • Use of Hand Sanitiser before and after each stop.
  • Social Distancing markers (Cones) supplied to all vans as a guide for customers to abide by.
  • Cashless transaction preferred signs on all vans.
  • Contactless transactions with the use of contact free point of sale units.
  • Customers advised to only touch what they intend to buy.
  • Ability to send electronic tax receipts via text rather than paper copies.
  • All vans have QR Codes for customer check-in’s

All Tasty employees are instructed to follow the below when at work.

  • Ensure hands are washed and/or sanitised regularly.
  • If you feel unwell or have any symptoms, please don’t attend work and contact your manager immediately.
  • Cough or sneeze into the pit of your arm, sanitise or wash hands immediately after.
  • Regularly clean and sanitise the space you work in.
  • Sanitise before and after the use of shared work areas.
  • Clock on immediately on arrival to work in case contract tracing is required.
  • Make a concerted effort to socially distance from anyone on site where practically possible and follow room limit signage directions.
  • Please advise your manager if you have or are receiving a Covid test. Please also advise your manager of the results as soon as possible.
